What does the training looks like
GripVR training consists of :
1 - 1 coaching session.
Personalized GripVR mobile app.
6 customized VR game training sessions. Each session last 30-40 min and is structured in 3 parts: A short interactive HIIT session by Irene Schouten (Olympic champion); The GripVR game and meditation.
The first session is an intake with your personal GripVR coach, together you identify the triggers that cause your bad habits and determine which good habits you want to develop in their place. You’ll receive an introduction to the game and customize the Gripvr app for a fully personalized experience.
In the five subsequent sessions, the focus is on playing the game to further strengthen your new habits. You’ll also learn more about how your brain works, how to sustain behavioral changes, and how to stay motivated to reach your goals.
